The caterpillars of this fluffy white moth are best admired from a distance, as their hairs can irritate the skin.

A common moth across most of the UK. The large, hairy caterpillars are often seen in late summer.

This large starfish looks just like the sun, with 10-12 arms spreading outwards like rays.
Edible sea urchin
This large round urchin is sometimes found in rockpools, recognisable by its pink spiky shell (known as a test).
