The 365 Nature Journal

Lisa Lillywhite, author of the Smart Happy Project blog, has released a brand new book! Enter our competition for your chance to win!

We've had the snow (so much fun!), and now hopefully spring is sprung, and the fun outdoors can continue.

The Smart Happy Project has teamed up with Wildlife Watch to offer a free copy of The 365 Nature Journal to the lucky winner of this month's competition. All you have to do is tell us about your favourite spring adventure activity. What do you most love doing at this time of year?

Maybe it's enjoying campfire food, scavenger hunting while out walking, taking a swim in the sea or pressing the first spring flowers. Whatever is it we would love to hear about it. Everyone's love of nature is different and personal to them. We each have our favourite nature past times that make the natural world special to us.

The 365 Nature Journal is an inspiration diary for everyday of the year to build your love of nature. It contains simple sensory suggestions to increase your awareness of nature as well as prompts for discovery studies of weather of animals.  It is the perfect companion at anytime of the year and is backed up with supporting resources on The Smart Happy Project website and many of the Wildlife Watch activity and spotting sheets. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
